  • It depends on what you need! Here’s a breakdown of the pros and cons of both options:

    In-Person Training

    Hands-on guidance with form correction in real-time

    ✗ Requires scheduling around a trainer’s availability

    No continuous support outside of sessions

    Online Coaching

    Flexibility — train when and where it suits you

    ✗ No in-person form correction (but video feedback is available)

    If you need real-time hands-on coaching, in-person might be better. But if you want flexibility, affordability, and ongoing support without being limited to a trainer’s schedule, online coaching is the smarter choice.

  • Nope! You can train at home with basic equipment. 

    If you don’t have a gym membership, I’ll design a home-friendly program that works with dumbbells, resistance bands, or even household items like water bottles.

    • Casual Coaching: Perfect if you want guidance from a coach to achieve your goals but prefer to skip coaching meetings and tracking of your training or food.

    • Custom Program: Perfect for those who just want a structured workout plan but don’t need coaching.

  • Each coaching option is designed for different levels of support and accountability.

  • If you train at a gym — great! 

    If not, home workouts are totally doable. You’ll need basic equipment such as a mat, some dumbbells (or even water bottles if you’re new) and resistance bands. Your program will be adjusted based on what you have.

  • Anyone who guarantees results is lying to you — because your success is in your hands. Your consistency, effort, and commitment are what will drive your success. As your fitness coach, I’ll provide you with the plan, support, motivation, and guidance, but at the end of the day, you get out what you put in!

    • Progress Tracking Tools to monitor progress in 6 key metrics, including training & nutrition compliance, physical changes, and performance improvements.

    • Daily Support via text for questions, motivation and accountability.

    • Coaching Meetings (weekly or monthly, based on your plan) or in-depth progress reviews, goal setting, and adjustments to your program.

  • 1:1 Coaching is designed for women who are committed to long-term health and lifestyle changes. It provides personalised support, structured guidance, and accountability to help you achieve your fitness goals while building confidence, strength, fitness knowledge and sustainable fitness habits.

    That’s me! But I won’t give you the “I’m a certified fitness coach and I love fitness” speech.

  • Both options include the same core coaching support.

    The only difference is the frequency of check-ins and coaching meetings:

    • Weekly 1:1 Coaching: More frequent support and adjustments with weekly check-ins.

    • Monthly 1:1 Coaching: Designed for those who prefer monthly check-ins.

    Alternatively, Casual Coaching provides a more flexible approach to coaching. More information here.

  • You have the flexibility to choose between upfront, monthly, or weekly payments (USD) to suit your budget and make coaching work for you.

    • Weekly 1:1 Coaching: 105 / week

    • Monthly 1:1 Coaching 95 / week

    • Casual 1:1 Coaching: Pricing information on Casual 1:1 Coaching page.

    • Daily text support: You’ll have access to ongoing support via text for any general questions, form checks, or guidance between check-ins. I’ll typically respond within 1-3 hours to ensure you stay on track.

    • Weekly Reflection Form: To make the most of our check-in calls, you’ll submit a Weekly Reflection Form at least 24 hours before our scheduled session. This form helps track your progress, highlight challenges, and refine your plan.

    • 1:1 Coaching Calls: Depending on your coaching plan, we’ll have weekly or monthly video calls (30 minutes) to go over your progress, adjust your training and nutrition where needed, and ensure you’re feeling confident in your journey. You’ll receive a unique meeting link within your coaching program to join these calls.

  • Coaching lasts as long as you need to fit your goals, lifestyle, and progress! The first three months help you build a strong foundation, and after that, you have a few options:

    1. Continue your current coaching on a month-to-month basis for as long as it supports you.

    2. Switch to a higher or lower-touch coaching plan — whether that’s Weekly, Monthly, or Casual Coaching.

    3. Graduate from coaching and confidently continue your journey on your own!

    Whatever path you choose, the goal is to make sure you feel strong, empowered, and ready to keep progressing.

  • Yes, you can pause or cancel coaching to accommodate life circumstances such as holidays, sickness, or injuries.

    • You may pause coaching for up to 2 consecutive weeks at a time.

    • You may cancel coaching anytime after the first 3 months.

    • Requests must be made in advance, except in emergencies.

    During the Pause:

    • Coaching services, including program updates and feedback, will be paused.

    • You will still have access to previously provided resources.

    • Your coaching will be extended by the length of the pause.

  • For sure! You can switch between Weekly, Monthly or even Casual Coaching based on your needs. Coaching changes are allowed once per month.

  • Nope! Your coaching experience and program will be customised to suit your available equipment — whether it’s a full gym setup or home workouts with minimal equipment

Casual Coaching 

  • The Casual 1:1 Coaching plan include:

    • Client Profile to store all your weekly reflections and feedback, helping you stay organised.

    • Custom Workout Programs tailored to your goals, including workout demonstrations and strength progression guidance.

    • Nutritional Guidance based on your needs, whether that’s macro recommendations or general advice to support your goals without strict tracking.

    • Ongoing Programming Adjustments made as needed based on your reflections and feedback, ensuring your training stays aligned with your goals.

    Compared to Weekly & Monthly 1:1 Coaching, this option does not include progress tracking tools, weekly or monthly coaching meetings, daily text support, or access to a coaching platform.

  • Casual Coaching is the middle ground between non-coaching options and close coaching like Weekly 1:1 Coaching.

    If you want structured programming and weekly support to ensure you’re on the right track and don’t need a coach to track your progress, this is for you.

    Examples of clients who will benefit the most from this program:

    • Busy Professionals & Students with a packed schedule and prefer a flexible approach to fitness without regular check-ins but still want a tailored plan.

    • Shift Workers with unpredictable work hours who can’t commit to regular check-ins but still want structured workouts and coach guidance.

    • Novice or Intermediate Lifters who feel stuck or are returning to a regular exercise routine after a break, who need a structured plan to ease in without the pressure of high-touch coaching.

      • Progress photos or form videos can be shared here too so I can assess your technique and provide guidance on improvements.

    • Within 24-48 hours, you will receive a detailed Coach Feedback document that covers everything you need to focus on for the next week. It includes:

      • Actionable strategy for your training and nutrition in the week ahead.

      • Program adjustments based on your progress, struggles, or any requested modifications.

      • Guidance on key focus areas to improve technique, performance, or consistency.

  • This 12-Week Training Program is a one-time payment (USD), giving you full access to a structured, progressive plan designed to support your goals over the next three months.

    • Custom Program: 9.50 / week

  • Yes! Your program will be customised based on your available equipment. Whether you train at home with minimal equipment or have access to a fully equipped gym, your plan will be designed to fit your setup.

  • Your program is built around the information you provide in your Fitness Goals & Assessment Form, so it’s tailored to you from the start. If you need small adjustments (such as exercise swaps due to injury or equipment limitations), you can reach out, and I’ll ensure you have suitable alternatives.
