Hi! I’m Mish. I started Movement with Mish because I know firsthand how fitness can transform every aspect of your life. Growing up, I struggled with confidence, constantly trying to compare myself with others and always feeling like I was on the outside looking in. When I first stepped into the gym, I thought getting my dream body would make me feel better about myself but what I found was so much bigger.

Fitness didn’t just change how I looked — it changed how I showed up for myself. It gave me confidence, resilience, and the belief that I was capable of more than I ever thought possible.

That’s why my coaching isn’t just about workouts and macros — it’s about helping you build confidence, develop knowledge, sustainable habits, and take control of your health in a way that lasts.
