Casual 1:1 Coaching provides custom training programs and weekly feedback to help you stay consistent in your health and fitness journey.

You'll submit a weekly reflection and receive structured training and nutrition advice to help you progress with confidence. No virtual check-ins — just a structured plan and weekly guidance, so you can stay accountable while keeping coaching flexible.

The Casual 1:1 Coaching plan include:
Client Profile to store all your weekly reflections and feedback, helping you stay organised.
Custom Workout Programs tailored to your goals, including workout demonstrations and strength progression guidance.
Nutritional Guidance based on your needs, whether that’s macro recommendations or general advice to support your goals without strict tracking.
Ongoing Programming Adjustments made as needed based on your reflections and feedback, ensuring your training stays aligned with your goals.
Compared to Weekly & Monthly 1:1 Coaching, this option does not include progress tracking tools, weekly or monthly coaching meetings, daily text support, or access to a coaching platform.

Casual Coaching is the middle ground between non-coaching options and close coaching like Weekly 1:1 Coaching.
If you want structured programming and weekly support to ensure you’re on the right track and don’t need a coach to track your progress, this is for you.

That’s me! But I won’t give you the “I’m a certified fitness coach and I love fitness” speech.
What really matters is why you're here. You’re here because you’re ready for a change. Maybe you’ve struggled to stay consistent. Maybe you’re tired of looking in the mirror and not feeling great. Maybe the gym feels intimidating. Maybe you’re tired of starting over.
Whatever brought you here, I want you to know — you can do this. And I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
I started Movement with Mish because I know firsthand how fitness can change everything. Growing up, I struggled with confidence, always feeling like I was on the outside looking in. When I first stepped into the gym, I thought getting my dream body would make me feel better about myself — but what I found was so much bigger.
Fitness didn’t just change how I looked—it changed how I showed up for myself. It gave me confidence, resilience, and the belief that I was capable of more than I ever thought possible.
That’s why my coaching isn’t just about workouts and macros — it’s about helping you build confidence, develop sustainable habits, and take control of your health in a way that lasts. Because fitness shouldn’t feel like another chore on your to-do list. It should feel empowering, fun, and aligned with your life.

Casual Coaching

Weekly & Monthly 1:1 Coaching includes everything above, and:
Regular coaching meetings (weekly or monthly, depending on your plan)
Daily support for questions, accountability and motivation
Deeper nutritional guidance with 100+ high protein recipes, tracking and tailored adjustments
Progress tracking tools to monitor key fitness metrics

You have the flexibility to choose between upfront, monthly, or weekly payments (USD) to suit your budget and make coaching work for you.

You’ll complete a Weekly Reflection Form, which is carefully curated to prompt you to share insights about your week — wins, challenges, and anything you need help with.
Progress photos or form videos can be shared here too so I can assess your technique and provide guidance on improvements.
Within 24-48 hours, you will receive a detailed Coach Feedback document that covers everything you need to focus on for the next week. It includes:
Actionable strategy for your training and nutrition in the week ahead.
Program adjustments based on your progress, struggles, or any requested modifications.
Guidance on key focus areas to improve technique, performance, or consistency.

Coaching lasts as long as you need to fit your goals, lifestyle, and progress! The first three months help you build a strong foundation, and after that, you have a few options:
Continue your current coaching on a month-to-month basis for as long as it supports you.
Switch to a higher or lower-touch coaching plan — whether that’s Weekly, Monthly, or Casual Coaching.
Graduate from coaching and confidently continue your journey on your own!
Whatever path you choose, the goal is to make sure you feel strong, empowered, and ready to keep progressing.

Yes, you can pause or cancel coaching to accommodate life circumstances such as holidays, sickness, or injuries.
You may pause coaching for up to 2 consecutive weeks at a time.
You may cancel coaching anytime after the first 3 months.
Requests must be made in advance, except in emergencies.
During the Pause:
Coaching services, including program updates and feedback, will be paused.
You will still have access to previously provided resources.
Your coaching will be extended by the length of the pause.

For sure! You can switch between Weekly, Monthly or even Casual Coaching based on your needs. Coaching changes are allowed once per month.

Nope! Your coaching experience and program will be customised to suit your available equipment — whether it’s a full gym setup or home workouts with minimal equipment.

If your application is accepted, you'll receive all the necessary steps to begin your coaching journey, including your: Onboarding form.
You’ll also gain access to your Client Profile within a week of your coaching start date, where you’ll find your new training program and everything outlined above under Your Coaching Systems.
